2. Client Agreements and Identification: All clients are required to sign a service agreement detailing the scope of our engagement. For certain sensitive investigations, such as those involving personal relationships, we will require a copy of the client’s photo identification to verify the legitimacy of the inquiry.

3. Limitation of Liability: While Bullseye Investigations strives to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information obtained. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided to clients. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the success of any investigation, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

4. No Guarantee of Results: Due to the unpredictable nature of investigative work, we cannot guarantee that all information sought by the client will be obtained. The nature of our profession means that some investigations may not yield the expected results despite our best efforts.

5. Confidentiality Commitment: We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to protect the information of our clients and the subjects of our investigations. However, this confidentiality obligation does not extend to information that is already in the public domain or becomes public through no fault of our own.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Should our investigations uncover illegal activities, we are obliged to cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law. Additionally, we will comply with legal requests to disclose information when necessary to prevent criminal activities or ensure public safety.

8. Additional Charges and Expenses: Our investigations might incur additional costs including, but not limited to, travel expenses, accommodation, road tolls, and entry fees to various locations. Clients will be informed of these potential additional costs beforehand or during the investigation if the need arises. Any such expenses will be charged at cost and are the responsibility of the client.

9. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least three (3) business days' notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any payments made, and no refunds will be provided. This policy is due to the specific scheduling and resource allocation we perform in preparation for each case.

10. Service Completion and Communication: Upon completion of an investigation, clients will be briefed verbally on the outcome, and a detailed report can be provided upon request at an additional cost. We are not available for daily updates, but we ensure thorough communication at critical stages of the investigation. Clients must understand that once a case is active, interference with the investigation location or personnel can compromise the case and will lead to immediate termination of our services with all fees forfeited.

11. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. Any misleading or false information provided by the client can lead to the immediate termination of our services. All fees paid will be forfeited, and any outstanding invoices must be settled immediately.

12. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure: Information obtained during investigations will not be disclosed until all fees are paid and the case is closed. We reserve the right to keep unsuccessful cases open internally for further review for a specified period without additional charges. Successful cases will be closed and archived.

13. Acknowledgment of Investigation Outcomes: Bullseye Investigations advises that the nature of private investigation work is inherently unpredictable, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the success of any investigation. We estimate that any investigation conducted has a 50% chance of success. It is important for clients to understand that no individual, company, or business, including Bullseye Investigations, can guarantee the outcome of an investigation until it is completed. Asserting otherwise would be misleading. This acknowledgment is intended to set realistic expectations for our clients regarding the potential outcomes of the services they are seeking.

14. Outsourced Services: To provide the highest standard of service, certain specialised tasks, such as forensic accounting, may be outsourced to certified professionals. Clients will be notified if third-party services are required for their investigation.
